For your consideration in this lot is an antique calendar advertising for the Peters Cartridge Company in Cincinnati, Ohio. The calendar shows a mallard duck being chased through the reeds by a hunting dog. the top of the piece shows a red "PETERS" with the P in a ring. The bottom of the piece shows a 1914 calendar on January. The sides are marked "The Peters cartridge company Cincinnati U.S.A." on the left and the right marked "New York 60-62 Warren St. New Orleans 321 Magazine St. San Francisco 583-585 Howard St." The piece is set into a black frame with a white backing. The piece shows fair condition overall with some light wear due to age and the calendar staples have pulled out. The frame measures 31" tall by 21" wide.
