A biography of James Butler "Wild Bill" Hickok, from Civil War days, to the McCanles fight, Marshall in Hays City, and Abiline, with Buffalo Bill Cody and his Wild West Show, Calamity Jane, and finally the infamous poker game in Deadwood. This book is in overall good condition, Hickok shooting his revolver vignette red cloth bound cover is in very nice condition with very slight scuffing noted, tight spine.
