Featured in this lot is this Theodore Haviland Limoges France Chalfonte Set. There are nine larger plates, six smaller teacup plates, and six teacups in this collection. Each of the pieces are profusely decorated with floral decorations that include roses and other types of flowers all vined together and are marked on the bottom of the pieces as follows: Theodore Haviuland - Limoges - France - Chalfonte. The collection comes complete with a Certificate of Authenticity from 1993 purchased by ester Mae Rumohn pertained to the Kohrs-Warren family history, and is associated with the Grant-Kohrs Ranch National Historic Site at Deer Lodge, MT. It formed a part of the late Conrad Warren's estate, and was dispersed by Mr. Warren's heirs, Patrica Nell Warren and Conrad Warren ii, at an estate auction at the ranch on July 25, 1993. Provenance: part of the extensive collection of china at the Grant Kohns Estate . The condition of this collection of French pottery shows a well preserved collection with one of the teacup plates showing a small chip in it but otherwise the other pieces don't show obvious signs of damage. The measurements of the large platters is 8" x 8" x 3/4", the teacup plates measure 5 5/8" x 5 5/8" x 5/8", and the teacups measure 2" x 4 1/4" x 3 3/4". The collective weight of this collection is 8lb 8oz.
