Featured in this lot is this pair of Tombstone found 19th century European coins housed in the Tombstone Western Heritage Museum; Provenance: From the Tombstone Western Heritage Museum in Tombstone, Arizona. The first coin is the rarer of the two being an 1862 Napoleon III Empereur Dix Centimes coin with the face worn and most of this bronze coin worn the coin reads as follows: Emppire Franc Dix Centimeus - Napoleon III Empereur - 1862. (a coin like this one sold in 2008 by Bowers and Merena Auctions for $850.00). The second coin is 1875 German coin that reads as follows: Deutches Reich - 1975 - 50 Pfennig - (and the double headed dragon Royal Crest). The condition of this pair of European coins is well preserved with some wear to the coins consistent with age and shows some color play to the German coin but otherwise shows a well preserved condition. The measurements of this pair of coins is 1 1/8" x 1 1/8" and 3/4" x 3/4". The collective weight of this pair of coins is 12.1g.
