Featured in this lot is a Rare pair of Tony Lama Cowboy Boot Sneakers also known as Teny Lama. The "Teny Lama" by Tony Lama is an iconic, vintage hybrid footwear line introduced in 1984 that combined the upper shaft of a traditional cowboy boot with the vulcanized rubber sole of a tennis shoe. Described by the company at the time as "the functional footwear for the new millennium," these rare "sneaker boots" have become highly sought-after collector's items. Tony Lama is a premier, historic American Western footwear brand known for producing high-quality cowboy, exotic, and work boots since 1911. Founded in El Paso, Texas, the brand is currently a division of Justin Brands (owned by Berkshire Hathaway) and maintains a reputation for traditional craftsmanship. The uppers are sage colour with a stitching design with the lowers reddish-brown and tan colouring. The boots show good condition overall, with some wear across the exterior. The boots are a US size 10.5, 11.75"H x 4.5"W x 12.25"L, weight is 2lb, 14oz.
