For your consideration is a full size Native American Indian woman cigar store Indian/ trading post mannequin. The head and hands are constructed from ceramic. The mannequin has glass eyes and black braided hair held by ribbons and a seed beaded headband. The Indian woman is dressed in a brown suede type dress. The dress is decorated with silver conchos, ribbons, and turquoise beads. The Indian also wears a hairpipe and bead type choker and necklace, silver earrings, bead bracelets, a black leather and silver concho belt, and moccasin boots. These mannequins were very popular in the early 1900’s and are very similar to the cigar store Indians. These mannequins were used to advertise a store’s distribution of tobacco products. The mannequin measures 64" tall by 24 1/2" wide and 12" deep. Please Note: THE CHAIR IS NOT INCLUDED WITH MANNEQUIN.
