Featured in this lot is this highly decorated, Tramontina hunting knife with a taxidermy piranha head on the handle. This knife shows a highly decorated leather sheath adorned with seashells, two black and red stones,and sculpted frog, lizard, toucan and starfish made of tooled and sculpted leather. On one side of the leather sheath it reads, "Peru" and on the other side it reads, "Iquitos" which is the capital city of Peru's Maynas Province and Loreto Region. The handle of the knife features a nice tooled and sculpted handle with finger spaces and a sculpted crocodile on the bottom of the handle. The crocodile wraps around the head of a real, taxidermy piranha head with its mouth open and its teeth showing. The piranha head and its teeth show good condition. On one side of the blade it reads, "Tramontina, Brazil". Overall the blade, sheath and handle of this hunting knife show good condition with no signs of damage and slight wear. The blade measures 10" L x 1 13/16" W. The entire hunting knife measures 17 1/4" L x 2 1/2" W.
