Featured in this lot is a Florida alligator hide with mounted head taxidermy. The hide and mounted head feature a wonderfully and professionally crafted taxidermy construction with applicable Florida state tag attached to the tail. The hide is complete with the skin and hide segmented to complete the full body appearance. The head is professionally mounted to the hide giving the piece a life like appearance. The tag reads as follows: US-Cities - FL MIS - 0728280. The condition of this alligator hide is well preserved with the hide showing segments of the hide sewn together with no obvious signs of damage to the taxidermy and in well preserved overall condition. The overall measurements of this taxidermy are 116" x 41 1/2" x 8 1/2". The collective weight of this hide and taxidermy is 38lb 6oz.
