In this lot are two WWII, USMC class "A", 4-pocket wool uniforms. The first jacket has all of the buttons and both collar USMC insignias. On the left shoulder is a 1st Marine Air Wing Full Color Patch; Staff Sargent rank stripes are on both shoulders. On the right breast is a green patch with a yellow eagle and circle. The ribbon bar shows a ribbon for American Campaign, Asiatic Pacific Service (with two stars), and a Philippine Liberation ribbon. The pants are a lighter color and are marked "W31 L31”. The second uniform has all of the buttons and both collar USMC insignias. On the left shoulder is a FMF-PAC AMTRACS full color patch; corporal rank stripes are on both shoulders. On the right breast is a green patch with a yellow eagle and circle. The ribbon bar shows a ribbon for American Campaign, Asiatic Pacific Service (with a star), and a WWII V ribbon, as well as a sharp shooter medal. The pants are the same color green and do not have a size, but say 3M and have hand written “B.M. Bergstrom” in the waist band. Both of the uniforms are in very good condition.
