The revolver is chambered in .45 Colt, and features a case hardened, and high polish blue finish. Uberti is a high quality manufacture out of Italy, while Cimarron is the importer out of Fredericksburg, Texas. In addition to the magnificent finish, the revolver showcases a 5 1/2" barrel, walnut grips, and fixed sights, and a underlug cartridge extractor. The firearm is marked in numerous places, reading "Cimarron F.A. Co. Fredericksburg, TEXAS, Made in Italy" on the top of the barrel, "PAT. SEPT. 19 1871 - PAT. JULY 2 1872 - US" on the left side of the frame, a "PAL" inspectors cartruce on the right side of the grips, and serial number "P03476" on the butt, trigger assembly, and frame. Overall, the revolver shows very good, like new in box condition. There is some evidence of firing, with some minor wear to the cylinder catch.
