Offered in this lot is a vintage canvas street banner for "Penney Days- Salutes the American Way". This banner is made of heavy canvas and has "rod-pockets" along the top and bottom for hanging across a small-town main street. The banner shows an American eagle holding a banner in its beak; on one side says, "Penney Days" and on the other side says, "Salutes the American Way". This banner is double sided, showing the same print on both sides. The banner measures 79" X 30" and is in very good condition.
