Featured in this lot is this United States Department of Interior Region 6 map circa 1949. This is a Bureau of Reclamation Region 6 map that shows boundary lines including: Region 6 Boundary line, District Boundary line, Proposed Canals, Existing Reservoirs, Proposed Reservoirs, Irrigated Land, Irrigable Land, U.S.B.R. Transmission-Existing and Under Construction, U.S.B.R. Transmission Lines-Proposed, Existing Power Plants U.S.B.R., Proposed Power Plants U.S.B.R., Existing Pumping Plants U.S.B.R., Proposed Pumping Plants U.S.B.R., and Under Jurisdiction of U.S. Corps of Engineers. The map shows by region and annotates these points in multiple states including Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Yellowstone, and part of Wyoming. The condition of this reclamation map is fair to good with the map itself coming out of the frame but doesn't show any damage to the map itself and shows fair to good overall condition. The measurements of this framed map is 38" x 68 3/4" and the visible map measures 34 1/2" x 65 3/4".
