The sword features a straight single edged blade with a brass guard that features an ornate depiction of a eagle with two swords in its claws; and shows a composite curved handle that brass decoration attached to the handle. The piece comes with a metal sheath with attachment loops. The condition of this sword is good with no obvious signs of damage and shows good overall condition. The measurements of this cavalry sword is 37 1/4 x 4 1/2" x 2 1/4".
