Featured in this lot is this Victorian Era picture frame circa 1890 to 1910. The picture frame features a wonderfully and professionally crafted brass construction that shows cherubs and vine floral decoration with a swivel stand for the picture frame. The back of the frame is marked '1200' on the back of the frame. Seen during the Renaissance era, the use of cherubs was revived during the Victorian era before going into sharp decline after World War I. The condition of this Victorian picture frame is well preserved with some patina to the frame due to age but otherwise shows a well preserved condition. The measurements of this picture frame is 11 1/2" x 8 5/8 x 4 5/8". The collective weight of this picture frame is 1lb 12oz.
