Featured in this lot is this vintage sterling silver tooled necklace from Navajo artist Tom David. The necklace features a wonderfully and professionally crafted sterling silver construction that shows a tooled and stamped decoration of feathers and floral design that shows a drop emblem and a choker design of the necklace. The necklace is marked on the back side as follows: Sterling - TD. Tom David is a renowned Navajo silversmith known for his exceptional work in Native American jewelry. His pieces often feature a combination of traditional Navajo techniques and modern design elements, resulting in unique and intricate silverwork. He is celebrated for his mastery of silver and turquoise, crafting items such as bracelets, rings, and necklaces that reflect both Navajo heritage and contemporary influences. The condition of this Navajo necklace is good with no obvious signs of damage and shows good overall condition. The measurements of this necklace is 5 1/2" x 5 1/4" x 1 3/8".
