Included in this lot is a Vintage Silver Cowboy Bucking Horse Cuff Bracelet, circa late 20th century. The image of a bucking horse is an iconic symbol of the American West. Originally, it was predominantly an anti-predator and play behavior with equines, cattle, deer, goats and sheeps. The exact term also refers to the bucking horses used in rodeo "roughstock" events, such as bareback bronc and saddle bronc riding. The silhouette of a cowboy on a bucking bronco is the official symbol for the state of Wyoming. This is an exquisite hammered silver cuff bracelet that features a centred image of a cowboy riding a bucking bronc with stamped stars on either cuff shank. A stunning piece professionally and wonderfully crafted from silver and features a unique yet iconic design. Measures 2.625"L x .75"W x 1.875"D, collective weight is 38.2gms.
