Included in this lot is a Vintage Thomas Cook High Country Duster, "rustic mulch" colour. Made of durable waxed oilskin fabric, deep back saddle gusset with snap closures and leg straps, a large shoulder cape with quick-release straps to protect against rain, leg straps, two large front pockets and two snap closure inner pockets, brass logo snaps. Australian outback duster coats are iconic, long-line waterproof garments traditionally designed for riders and ranchers. The most sought-after versions are made from oilskin, a heavy-duty cotton treated with oil and wax to repel water and wind in harsh environments. This Thomas Cook High Country Oilskin Duster is a premium, durable, Australian-made riding coat designed for maximum weather protection. This duster is in good overall condition with a tear to the front left pocket. Duster is a size S, weight is 4lb, 6oz.
