For your consideration is this Virginia City, Missoula and Deer Lodge ephemera collection circa 1879-1915. This ephemera collection includes a top section from an advertisement calendar from the Metropolitan Market in Virginia City, a chocolate soda label, two sets of "Extra Quality" labels from the Liquid Carbonic Acid MFG Co., seltzer bottle labels, Gilber Brewery Lager Beer Virginia City labels, Ginger Ale labels, Bull Ginger Ale labels, a letter to the A. M. Holter Hardware Company (1898), a letter to the Missoula Lumber Company from the Twin Bridge Lumber Company (1904), a monthly statement from Virginia City and Red Bluff Stage Company (1894), two letters from S.R. Buford & Company (1891), two envelopes from Virginia City & Red Buff Stage Company, a letter from the Northern Pacific Railroad Company to S.R. Buford & Company in Virginia City (1895), a letter from Deer Lodge (1881), a letter from Deer Lodge to Helena (1881), a letter from Orr Electric Power Company to A.M. Holter Hardware Company (1897), a letter from Twin Bridge Lumber Company (1904), history of sales from S.R. Buford & Company: Groceries, Liquors, Tobaccos and Cigars (1890s) and a letter from Col. J.H. Johnson Miner Broker to S.R. Buford & Company (1895). These documents are set in a manila folder. They show good condition overall with some wear from their age and handling over the years, but no major signs of damage is noted. The documents range in size from 10 1/4" L x 15" W to 1 1/2" L x 2 11/16" W. They have a collective weight of 6 ounces.
