Wagner Cast Iron Skillet # 8 Set with Lids

In this lot we have a pair of Wagner cast iron deep cooking skillets with lids. The first size 8 skillet circa 1920 -1924 is marked "Wagner Ware - Sidney -O- 1401 - C" the lid is marked "Wagner Drip Drop - No 8 - Skillet-Roaster" on the top and "1081 - Patented Dec., 4-17. Feb., 10- 20. MCH., 8-21. MCH., 14-22." on the bottom of the lid. The second cast iron number 8 is marked "Wagner Ware Sidney -O-" the lid is marked "Wagner Ware No 8 - Drip Drop Roaster" and the bottom of the lid is marked " 1268 - Patented Dec., $-17. Feb. 10-20. MCH., 8-21. MCH., 14-22.". Both are in good condition overall, they do show signs of repair and will need to be re-seasoned. The first skillet measures 16 1/2" long by 11 1/2" wide by 3" tall (6 1/2" with lid) with a diameter of 11". The second skillet measures 15 1/2" long by 10" wide by 3" tall(6 1/2" tall with lid) with a diameter of 10".
