Featured in this lot we have a Webley Enfield Mk VI revolver chambered in .455 caliber with its original holster. This revolver was manufactured in 1926 by Enfield. The Webley Enfield mark VI was introduced in 1915 and was the most well known and prevalent model of the series. The webley is a high caliber top break revolver chambered in the large .544 caliber with an auto ejector. This revolver displays a 6" long octagonal barrel, six shot cylinder, lever release, double/ single action action, and checkered grips. The frame is marked across the right side reading "ENFIELD MK VI 1926" with proof marks across the barrel, cylinder, and frame. The revolvers mechanics show a crisp trigger operation and good timing on the cylinder. The revolver comes with a leather fitted holster. The holster is marked on the inside of the flap reading "Compliments Lt. Col. R. H. Hopper Sumatra 1941". The revolver shows good condition overall with some light wear. The revolver weighs 3lbs overall. Serial Number: A9280. This firearm qualifies as a Curio & Relic firearm, and requires FFL Transfer or NICS Background Check.
