Featured in this lot is this western bit and single spur collection circa 20th century. There is one bit and two single spurs in this collection. The first item is a Classic Equine Gist shank snaffle bit with a 8" shank and a fixed snaffle bit and is marked 'Gist' and hallmarked Classic equine on the inside portion of the shank. The next item is a a fabricated Vaquero embossed iron spur with a huge eight tine spur rowel that shows a single piece construction. The last item is a raised drop shank stainless steel spur with a nine rounded tine brass spur rowel. The condition of this collection of western equipment is fair with heavy oxidation to one of the spurs and the bit but otherwise is in fair overall condition. The measurements of these pieces are 6" x 8" x 2 1/2".
