The lot features an excellent original Cigar Whiskey Store carved Indian dating to circa 1840-1850. The piece has been recently professionally restored to its original condition. The piece shows a Native American Indian wearing a presentation suit and top hat. The piece would have sat outside a cigar whiskey store in a prominent frontier town of the West, it is believed that the piece was originally from Deadwood, South Dakota as that is where it was collected. The piece displays very well and is truly of a unique design. The piece measures overall 47.5” H x 16”W x 14”D. Authentic original trade sign carved of wood.
