This lot gives you the option to bid on a Winchester Model 1904 single shot rifle, chambered in .22 short, long, and extra long. The rifle features a walnut stock, with a metal crescent butt-plate, blue'd 21" round barrel, and a manual firing pin, with a knurled texture. The upper-left side of the barrel reads; "Manufactured by the Winchester Repeating Arms CO. - New Haven, CONN. U.S.A. Patented August 29. 1899 - MOD. 04-22 Short - Long - OR Extra Long - Winchester - Trade Mark REG. In U.S. PAT. OFF.". Additionally, the barrel and the bolt are stamped with the Winchester house proof. The roll-stamping on the rifle attributes it to around 1919. Overall, the rifle is in good condition with 80% + blue finish remaining. The bore shows slight darkness, with light rifling. This firearm requires NICS background check, or FFL transfer. Domestic Model 1904's were sold without a serial number.
