Gorgeous straight grain walnut has sharp checkering on the fore grip and on the straight grip stock. The rifle is marked reading; "-MADE in New Haven, CT U.S.A.-Winchester Proof Steel " and has a hard rubber butt plate stamped with the Winchester seal. The gun shows little use. Bluing is strong and the only noticeable damage occurs at the tip of the fore grip. The rifle comes with the original box. This rifle qualifies as a Curio & Relic Long Gun, and requires FFL Transfer or NICS Background Check. Serial Number: AE17055.
