For your consideration are two, early Winold Reiss Great Northern Railway "Blackfeet Indians" calendars from 1933 and 1934. The first calendar is from 1933 and shows the artwork titled, "The Drummers - Glacier National Park" and shows three Native American men playing a drum and singing in a group. Below the art it reads, "Route of the Empire Builder / Great Northern". The calendar only shows the month of December, 1933 as the rest of the months have been torn off and used. The second calendar is from 1934 and shows the artwork titled, "Chief Mike Little Dog - Glacier National Park". It shows Chief Mike Little Dog in a large headdress sitting in front of pictorial drawings. Below the art is reads, "Route of the Empire Builder / Great Northern" and a full calendar of the year 1934. The calendars show good condition overall despite their age and use over the years. Slight wear is present but no major signs of damage is noted. The calendars measure 33 1/2" L x 16" W and have a collective weight of under 6 ounces.
