For sale in this lot we have a Winston custom 2 weight fly rod. The rod originates from the Jackson Hole One Fly set from 1998. The Jackson Hole one fly is a fundraiser competition to raise money to fund stream improvement projects, and they give away gear to the winners of the competition. The rod is beautifully crafted with a dark green fiber glass rod, a cigar style cork handle, and a walrus ivory scrimshaw reel seat with the image of a blue winged olive fly on a aspen branch. The rod is marked "R. L. Winston Rod Co. - Jackson Hole - One Fly '98 - LT - 7'9" - ~2 - 2 1/8 oz. - 62793". The rod measures 7 feet 9 inches overall and is in wonderful condition. It also comes with a Winston carry case. This is a completely custom fly rod that would have cost over $2,000 in 1998.

After you have succeessfully completed your purchase, including payment of your item, the shipping process will begin. Our company has partnered with a few local third party shipping vendors.
