Offered in this lot we have a Winston custom 6 weight fly rod. The rod originates from the Jackson Hole One Fly set from 1998. The Jackson Hole one fly is a fundraiser competition in the Jackson Hole area to raise money to fund stream improvement projects, and they give away gear to the winners of the competition. The rod is beautifully crafted with a dark green fiber glass rod, a cigar style cork handle, and a walrus ivory scrimshaw reel seat with the image of a rainbow trout diving to eat a fly over a stone riverbed. The rod is marked "R. L. Winston Rod Co. - Jackson Hole - One Fly '98 - LT - 9' - ~6 - 3 3/4 oz. - 61762". The rod measures 9 feet overall and is in wonderful condition. It also comes with a Winston carry case. This is a completely custom fly rod that would have cost over $2,000 in 1998.

After you have succeessfully completed your purchase, including payment of your item, the shipping process will begin. Our company has partnered with a few local third party shipping vendors.
