For your consideration is a pastel painting by Richard D. Thomas depicting a cowboy riding his horse through a winter landscape. This painting is in excellent condition and has been professionally matted and framed. This is a wonderful piece using lovely highlights to emphasize the figure and his horse. The piece is signed by the artist and dated '83. The art measures 13" x 9" and the frame measures 22 3/4" x 18 1/2".
