Featured in this lot is this WM L Gilbert Clock Co. wind up clock circa 1912. The clock features a wonderfully and professionally crafted brass and hardwood construction that shows a multi layer steeped design that shows brass decoration to the feet and the raised bell on top of the clock. The clock is marked in the back on the innards '1912' and is marked with the WM L Gilbert Clock Co. hallmark and is marked 'WM L Gilbert Clock Co. Winstead, Conn U.S.A.' The condition of this clock is good with some slight wear marks to the outside of the wood but otherwise shows good overall condition. The measurements of this clock is 17 1/4" x 16 1/2" x 6 1/4".
