This is a RARE first edition of "The Wonders of the Arctic World: A History of All the Researches and Discoveries in the Frozen Regions of the North" written by Epes Sargent and William H. Cunnington and published in 1873. The book has a beautifully decorated cover and spine and features chapters dedicated to some of the earliest expeditions of the Arctic Region including Russian explorations, Parry's Expeditions, Scoresby's Discoveries and many more. The book contains numerous illustrations throughout and shows good condition. The book measures 5.75" x 8".
