Featured in this lot we have a pair of Air service tall pilot leather boots originating from the first World War. The boots where used by World War One US Army Air service pilots. The pair shows leather construction with tall sides designed to come up to just below the knees. The sole of the boots shows thick leather construction with a metal plate on the back of the heel. The boots show two threaded adjustable sections. The boots show good condition overall and are US size 9. The boots measure 16 1/2" tall by 11 1/2" long.
