Wouter Deruytter was a Belgian photographer who was famous for his wide range of photographic subjects, from the Sphinx in Egypt, Billboards in New York, and Rodeos in Montana to Arabian Knights. This photograph is from his Cowboy Code collection taken from all across Montana. The piece was taken at a rodeo in Ennis, Montana in 1998. This photograph displays a pair of cowboys taking a nap after a hard day’s work. They are shown resting their heads on their saddles with hats and chaps discarded around them. The photo is set into a black frame with a white border around the art. The piece shows excellent condition. The frame measures 24 1/2" wide by 24 1/2" tall with the art measuring 14 3/4 wide by 14 3/4".
