For your consideration is this beautiful, Wurlitzer Multi-Selector Phonograph Model 3010 circa 1966. The Wurlitzer 3010 jukebox was manufactured by the Wurlitzer Company in 1966 and was intended for use in public spaces. The Wurlitzer 3010 jukebox has a coin mechanism that accepts nickels, dimes, and quarters, allowing customers to pay for their music choices. The model 3010 held one-hundred 33 or 45 rpm records and used a spinning carousel mechanism to store and retrieve them. The front of the model 3010 features a crystal glass panel with the name, "Wurlitzer" in black lettering on it. A nice, perforated metal grille screen, protected by highly polished stainless steel bars offers a striking contrast, adding to its beauty. The top piece dome features twin tweeters that are mounted at a convenient listening height while the lower level features all the necessary play directions in colorful, yet orderly fashion. The left hand buttons are lettered A through K, while the set of buttons on the right hand side are numbered 1 through 9 (including 0) for picking your song of choice. The sides are constructed of panelyte, giving a magnificent mar-resistant melamine finish of deep rosewood grain. Behind the glass it shows rows of song selections and their corresponding numbers and letters used to choose them. The left side reads, "Little LP Album Music" and explains how you can play a half album or full album, while the right hand side reads, "Automatic Top Tunes Selection" which would play the top hits at the time by pressing the "Golden Bar" button. The back of the machine shows a small tag with the company name, patent numbers and dates, model number and serial number (675183). This machine has not been tested for working order. It shows good condition overall despite its age and use over the years with little wear present. No major signs of damage is noted. Interior components not checked. The machine measures 27 1/8" L x 35 1/4" W x 53" H.
