This lot features three unique machetes. One a WWII era English made military issue machete. These machetes were used by various units throughout the armed forces during the second world war. This one is in green scabbard marked with the year 1945. The blade and sheath both show some amount of wear and use but are in good condition for the age. The blade is stamped "Made in Sheffield England". Both the additional machetes are Ontario blades. One is in a green scabbard marked "U.S. 1989 Stemaco". The blade has some rust but could easily be cleaned. The the scabbard is in good condition for its age while the blade does show signs of use. The third piece is in a handmade leather scabbard. The blade and handle are in good shape with an attached rawhide wrist strap. The largest item measures 23.5" x 3.25".
