Featured in this lot is this WWII era clip point trench fighting knife, circa 1945. The knife features a long clip point fighting knife style of trench knife with a single sided fuller, a rasp made hilt, and ringed composite handles with aluminum rings throughout. The sheath shows a beautifully made construction that holds the knife in via a hilt strap with a button. The condition of this knife and sheath is good, with a slight patina adorning the blade. The measurements of this knife in sheath are 13 1/4" x 2 3/4" x 1" and the blade size is 7 1/4".
