Featured in this lot is this WWII era spear point trench fighting knife, circa 1945. The knife features an acute spear point trench fighting knife style of blade with a double-sided construction and shows the handle made from rings of composite material with rings of brass throughout. The condition of this knife is good, with a slight patina adorning the blade and the sheath shows some wear consistent with the age and exposure of the blade. The measurements of this knife in its sheath are 102 1/2" x 2 1/2" x 1 1/2" and the blade length is 6 1/2".
