Included in this lot we have a World War 2 Nazi Germany officers oak leaf sword with swastika. The sword was used by Nazi officers as part of parade and ceremonial dress and was not intended for combat use. The sword is made of a stainless steel blade with a ornate gold painted brass guard and pommel along with a steel scabbard. The sword shows ornate designs of oak leaves and acorns across the guard and handle. The side of the guard features the embossed image of an eagle carrying a swastika with the other side of the guard being blank. The guard in decorated with a silver and green woven sword knot. The blade is marked "Original Eickhorn Solingen". The piece is in good condition overall with some minor wear on the grip, pommel, and guard. The scabbard shows most of its original black color with a few spots of wear. The sword measures 35" long.
