In this lot is a superb, necklace of "Yellow Jacket" five-layer Chevron beads. The beads are done in a white, red, white, black, yellow pattern. These beads are from the 17th century and Venice glass factory. There are 28 beads on this necklace, measuring from 1" to 1/2" long and ¼” wide. This very rare necklace is in excellent condition. Provenance: letter of appraisal from Out-West Designs, L. W. Dinneen, with a value of$900-$1200.
