Included in this lot is a collection of vintage Yellowstone National Park ephemera including a Northern Pacific Railroad gold gilt embossed brochure, "Yellowstone Park", c. 1915; a Union Pacific System gold gilt embossed travel guide, "GEYSERLAND Yellowstone National Park" 1928; a song booklet, "Songs of the Yellowstone Park Camps" c. 1920s; the Department of the Interior booklet, "The Yellowstone National Park", c. 1920; lastly, the Chicago Northwestern Line & Union Pacific System gold gilt embossed travel brochure, "Summer Tours Under Escort", 1927. These vintage booklets feature photograph prints from a number of photographers including Asahel Curtis, J. E. Haynes and Schlechten, three of the premier photographers associated with Yellowstone National Park's history.
The booklets are in amazingly good condition considering their age and handling. Largest piece measures 8"W x 10.25"L, smallest 5.25"W x 8"L
