For your consideration in this lot is a very rare find of "Colorgraphs Of Yellowstone National Park By J.E. Haynes" circa 1930's. These twelve "Colorgraphs" are from the Haynes families most iconic photographs. The views are, Grand Canyon: from Grand View, Old Faithful Geyser, Rapids Above The Upper Falls, Grand Canyon From Brink Of Fall, Great Fall Of The Yellowstone (308 FT), Great Falls and Point Lookout, Kepler Cascade/ Firehole River, Oblong Geyser Crater, Punch Bowl Spring, Golden Gate Canyon and Viaduct, Morning Glory Spring, and Mammoth Hot Springs Terraces. The pictures all have great color. They are printed on heavy cream paper that is in good condition with only slight wear to a few corners and edges that would never be seen once matted and framed. The paper measures 13" x 10" with the art 6" x 9". These "Colorgraphs" have sold individually at auctions for around $400. This is a very rare find to find the set even tough the brown paper envelope they come in is very damaged the art is still in good condition.
