Featured in this lot is this Zapotec medallion Saltillo runner rug circa 1930's. The rug features a very long stature with two central medallion decorations symmetrically centered in the rug and shows a off white coloration with geometric patterns of light green and the medallions show black coloration. The runner ends shows tassels across the entire edge of the rug. The condition of this hand woven rug is poor with a heavy tear into the center of the rug and shows some wear to the integrity of other spots on the rug. The measurements of this rug are 93" x 38 1/4".
