Featured in this lot is a collection of hand carved Zuni Native American snake fetishes. The collection consists of four hand carved rattle snake fetishes. The first of the snakes displays soapstone construction with hand carved checkered pattern across the back, turquoise eyes, and three turquoise dots across the back. The second snake features mother of pearl construction with carved designs, turquoise eyes, and six turquoise dots across the back. The final two fetishes display pipestone construction with turquoise eyes and geometric designs of lapis lazuli across the back. The collection shows good condition overall and some light wear. The largest of the snakes measures 4 1/2" long by 3/4" wide.
