For your consideration is an illustrated rare 1800's Progressive Men in the state of Montana published by A.W. Bowen & Co. in Chicago, Illinois . Thought to be a possible first edition, see pictures to confirm. The book shows a vast collection of biographies of important or influential men in the state of Montana. The book does not show an exact publication date or copy-right, but is believed to be from between the late1800's to the very early 1900's. The book contains over 2,000 biographies of influential Montanan men. It is in good condition, leather bound, and has marbled fore-edges. The cover is stamped with decorative markings and the title of the book, with the spine having similar stamps and the title and publishers names in an eye-catching gold.
