For your consideration is this 1855 copy of “The Origin of the North American Indians” by John Mcintosh. This book gives a faithful description of the Indians’ manners and customs, both civil and military, their religions, languages, dress, and ornaments, including various specimens of Indian eloquence. In addition, the book also contains historical and biographical sketches of almost all distinguished nations and celebrated warriors, statesmen, and orators among the Indians of North America. The condition of this book is fair, with some wear to the inside of the cover and some browning to the pages consistent with its age. The measurements of this book are 9 1/4" x 6".
