Included in this lot we have a silver plated copper one pound Morgan silver dollar dated 1878. The piece shows copper construction with a thin .999 silver plating across the exterior. The coin shows the eagle on one side with the Liberty head on the other. The eagle side is marked "United States of America In God We Trust One Troy Pound" with the other side reading E Pluribus Unum 1878". The piece is serial marked across the bottom "02014". The coin shows good condition overall with some of the silver plating having worn off. The piece measures 3 1/2" in diameter.
