In this lot we have a Michael McCullough framed original watercolor. The McCullough brothers are well known in the southwest over the last 30 years for their strong, vibrant paintings. These brothers are from the Choctaw nation with them specializing in paintings reflecting the culture and history of the southwest. Their works are seen at galleries in the New Mexico, Arizona, and Colorado areas. This painting of a pottery has a piece of the pottery that was discovered and what this painting was based on. In the background of the painting you can see some tribal figures. The visible artwork measures 6 1/2" x 6 1/4" and the frame being 16 1/2" x 13 1/2"
