Featured in this lot is this 18th - 19th century Mughal Indian Tulwar battle sword. the sword shows a broad iron blade with a curved stature used for slicing with broad strokes and shows an iron hilt. The sword is sheathed in a leather scabbard specifically made for it. The condition of this Tulwar battle sword is well preserved for it's age with some wear tot he leather scabbard and slight oxidation to the blade of the sword but otherwise shows well preserved condition. The measurements of this sword in its scabbard is 36 1/2" x 5 1/2" x 2 3/4". The collective weight of this sword is 2lb 4oz.
