For your consideration is this Yellowstone Park Haynes Photograph Souvenir paperweight, circa 1930's. The photograph is of The Lower Falls of Yellowstone National Park in sepia. The lower falls were described as, "A grander scene than the lower cataract of the Yellowstone was never witnessed by mortal eyes.” At 308 feet, the Lower Falls is the tallest waterfall in the park. In terms of height alone, it’s more than twice the size of Niagara Falls. The souvenir photograph is encased in a thick glass, dome-shaped paperweight. On the bottom, in raised glass, is "Yellowstone Park Haynes Photo". The condition of this souvenir is in good condition, with some wear from age. This souvenir is 4" in diameter.
