This book is the product of five years of research, interviewing, and travel in the United States, clarifying terms that are often used incorrectly and stating the facts without prejudice or intent to influence. The book still has its dust jacket, which shows wear and light damage. The book is bound in yellow and measures 8 ¼" x 5 3/4" x 1 ½".
