Featured in this lot we have a collection of metal Michigan state car license plate collection originating from the 1940's. The collection consists of 11 license plates with one from 1949, two 1948, two 1947, a 1946, two 1944, a 1942, a 1941, and a 1940. The plates show numerous color designs and sizes with green, red, black, yellow, or silver with white, yellow, or black lettering. The plates show good condition overall with some wear and rust due to age and use. The largest of the plates measures 14 1/4" long by 6 1/2" tall.
